We trained our entire company in the 4-week series and it was well worth it. Now, we use the public-programs to send new employees as part of their on-boarding. The longer series is optional for those who choose to go deeper in the work. Just knowing our entire company has been trained in anti-bias work, their own inner-work, and ways to be a better ally has shifted our culture. It's also allowed us to have better conversations.

"My life has been enriched immeasurably by this work. I can't say enough about the Embodied Mindful Allyship course. As a white educator, I now engage in racial justice work with a deeper under-standing of the minute-by-minute work of what it means to be an anti-racist. The course was truly transformative and I highly recommend it."
